TheTaxRefund FAQs

Declaration.* - I declare that above information is true and correct to best of my knowledge and I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.

Bank A/c & IRD No.* -I certify that I am the above person. The IRD No. and Bank Account No. is my own and will notify for any change.

Act on my behalf.* - I authorize and give permission to eRefund New Zealand Limited to act on my behalf for all tax types, obtain access information, collect my IRD mail, update my details, find out my tax at Inland Revenue. This may include cancelling old bank accounts in IRD.

Agree to Fee structure.* - I agree to the pay the fees below for the service provided by eRefund New Zealand Limited in assessing/requesting my refunds due to all tax types and understand that the fee are for each year and each tax types that refund is assessed or/and requested.

Prepare my tax return/PTS.* - I authorize eRefund New Zealand Limited to prepare, submit, file and sign my tax returns and PTS on my behalf.

Credit my refunds.* - I authorized IRD to credit my refund to the eRefund New Zealand Limited nominated account and agree and accept that it will immediately deduct its service fee and arrange to transfer the balance to my account or post cheque to me after IRD arrears for any tax types.

Linked/Delinked.* - I understand that eRefund New Zealand Limited will linke me with its agency and I will be delinked from current tax agent.
